Limon Community Building - 477 D Avenue

The Limon Community Building is great for use in hosting community events, family reunions, graduations, scouts and business meetings.  The building has two rooms and in the center is a spacious kitchen.  The outside has new landscaping, sidewalks, stairs and ramps leading to the front doors.  The building is ADA compliant inside and out.

• The North Room is 1,600 square feet and measures 50-feet by 32-feet.  The flooring is linoleum tile.  Wainscoating of tile is half way up the wall.
• The South Room is 1,150 square feet and measures 32-feet by 36-feet and is fully carpeted.
• Both rooms have counter space and a small sink on one end.
• The Kitchen is spacious with a large island in the middle and lots of counter space.  Appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, two refrigerators, and an oven/stove as well as two commercial sinks.
• Rest rooms are located between the two rooms in the foyer area at the main entrance.

It is important to note:

• Reservations must be made through Limon Town Hall (719-775-2346)
• Keys must be picked up during regular business hours at Limon Town Hall (8am - 5pm; Monday through Friday, excluding holidays)
• Keys must be returned to Limon Town Hall.  There is a dropbox for hours outside regular business hours
• Users are responsible for all set-up and clean-up
• All set-up and clean-up must be completed within rental hours
