Notice of this meeting was posted at Town Hall, on the Town of Limon website on March 11, 2025.

Mayor Randolph called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

ROLL

Town Clerk Chris Snyder called roll. Members of the Board present: Mayor Randolph; Trustees: Chittenden, Ferree, Lancaster, Niebur and Pottorff. Trustee Gonzales was absent.

STAFF

Staff present: Town Manager Tacha, Attorney Goff and Town Clerk Snyder.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

RESOLUTON NO. 25-03-07; SEWER LOAN

Town Clerk Snyder introduced and there was read the title of the following proposed resolution and the entire text of said resolution was submitted in writing to each member of the Board of Trustees and the Mayor.

Resolution No. 25-03-07; A Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Limon, Colorado, Acting by and through its Water Activity Enterprise and by and Through its Sewer Activity Enterprise, Approving a Principal Forgiveness Loan Between the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority and the Town of Limon for the Purpose of Financing Improvements to the Town of Limon Water Facilities; Authorizing the Form and Execution of the Loan Agreement and a Governmental Agency Bond to Evidences such Loan; Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of Documents Related Thereto; and Prescribing Other Details in Connection Therewith.

Trustee Niebur moved to approve Resolution No. 25-03-07; seconded by Trustee Pottorff. Motion carried unanimously.

ADJOURNMENT

Trustee Chittenden moved to adjourn at 6:10 p.m.; seconded by Trustee Niebur. Motion carried unanimously.
